Gig Reviews: Frequent People @ Camden Barfly 04.06.10

Last Friday i went along to a gig at the Barfly in Camden with a few of my friends, i didnt go to see anyone in particular just tagged along for a fun night! I can 100% positively say it was one of the best nights out ive had in a long time! The two support bands were really good but the headliners Frequent People were incredible!
People went mad for them and they completely won over the hearts of the fans (and me). The stand out track for for me was 'Supehero' it was insane, ive never really been into the whole dance music fad but this got my feet moving! I dont think i have ever danced so much in one night.
The energy bouncing from the the performers to the crowd was amazing, everyone seemed to be having the time of there lives!
While most of there songs are upbeat dancy/electro songs they do have a couple of more mellow songs, which have a more rnb/poppy type feel. I thought this was really impressive as it showed a complete diversity of the different geners they were able to cover.
I cant wait for them to play again! i will be right at the front dancing away! i would highly reccommend anyone to go and see them live aswell!
