Gig Reviews: Gig Review of Dannii Lee at GigReviewer.com's Spotlight Cannibal gig on 6th December 2009

May I start by thanking Leon on his fantastic review of GigReviewer.com's event last night. Rubric came across very well received, and Spotlight Cannibal played fantastically as you can read within his article. Unfortunately, Leon had only just missed Dannii's performance, so I thought I should put a small write up to thank her for her work.
Dannii came to us at GigReviewer for this event on very short notice, so a massive thankyou goes out for that - aswell as performing with a cold! She was very good at not letting her cold bring her down throughout this gig - just the occasional throat-clearing cough in between songs... and offering the flu to any willing audience member at no extra charge!
Dannii has a beatuiful voice and was a great musician - a real pleasure to watch! She had not had any set listing planned, so just played what she thought necessary to play at the time, and set the evening off on a very good note.
I will be posting photos of the event in due course, so be sure to look out for them in the near future, and if any band included would like any copies, then they just need to let me know via the contacts page.
Thanks again to everyone involved with this gig, it is all very much appreciated and we hope to see you all again in the not too distant future!
