FRIMCHETT FESTIVAL - 30/06/10 to 01/07/10
The Frimchett Festival will be by far the biggest project to date for Mytchett in support of Help for Heroes. A three day music festival will be staged on the 30th & 31st July and the 1st August 2010 at Frimley Lodge Park,
Starting at 17:30pm on Fri the 31st of July, the event will proceed with a parade through Mytchett to Frimley Lodge, the procession will arrive in the concert arena where there will be an official opening ceremony with speeches from the Mayor of Surrey Heath and from representatives of the Help for Heroes Charity.

The Festival will feature:
2 Main stages
An Acoustic tent
1000 Capacity Dance Tent in association with The Square Bar & SS Radio showcasing some of the best DJ's from the top dance venues of UK & Europe.

Street stage hosted by Turbopromotions showcasing the best in hip-hop, Drum & bass and free-style DJ's
Several hot food outlets, providing a variety of world foods and beverage & beer tents.
In addition there will also be various activities being staged within the arena including a fun fair, digital games, Arts exibitions & merchandise stalls...
And also the Festival will have a designated Camping area for those wishing to stay the weekend!
